Description: Lake Charles beach swim, rolling bike ride on paved roads, finishing with a run on the lake charles crushed gravel trail. ALL proceeds to Give to Live Foundation supporting cancer and chronically ill children's causes. Over $35,000 has been donated so far from this event.
Race kit pick-up/info: Race kits will be available sat evening June 24th (*Optional*) from 4-6pm at race site, as well as from 7am- 8:15 on race morning.
Race morning chip pick up/body marking: Check-in 7:00:-8:15 am and will also be next to transition area at the campground. (*no race day registration)

*Maximum of 215 entries accepted due to site limitations.
Please arrive race morning in time to pick up timing chips, get body marking and pick your transition spot. Bikes must be racked for the sprint event by 8:30am!
Transition will be then be off-limits after 8:30 to ensure safety and smooth flow of athletes exiting the water.
Olympic start 8:15 - sprint 9:00
*NOTE: parking is extremely limited and it is very important to car pool as much as possible. Do not park on Jaybe drive or John Brenton Rd (the small roads that bike route follows between park and waverley rd.)

THIS EVENT IS SANCTIONED BY TRIATHLON NOVA SCOTIA. YOU AND YOUR RACE DIRECTOR ARE COVERED BY INSURANCE. THIS EVENT IS PART OF THE TNS RACE POINT SERIES. NON-MEMBERS MUST PAY $20 ONE DAY FEE. (INCL IN TEAM PRICE ONLY)
