The Beau Biden Foundation for the Protection of Children was created to continue the work of Beau Biden: ensuring that all children are free from the threat of abuse and neglect.
Beau was an avid runner who loved spending time running on Wilmington's streets and the backroads of Delaware. The inaugural Beau Biden Foundation Run For Child Protection is your chance to advance a cause Beau devoted his life to while doing something he loved.
The Beau Biden Foundation is pleased to partner with Community Recycling for this event. Bring your gently used shoes (running, casual, dress, adult, kids) to donate to Community Recycling. Your used shoes will be distributed to needed communities throughout the world (including USA) and will help raise funds for Stand Up 2 Cancer.
