- Race t-shirt for all 5K registrants 13 over.

- Awards for 1st place 5K female and male finishers (13+ and under 13)
- Post-race refreshments (…including CAKE!)
- On-course water stations
- Walkers and runners of all abilities welcome
- Jog strollers are welcome on the course, but please leave your four-footed training partner with a friend.
- Locally-donated prize draws for all participants!
- FREE for kids under 13!
Race Kit Pick-up
Saturday, July 8, 10am - 4:30pm
Location: Cyclelogik, 1111 Wellington St W.
Race day: Race kit pick-up at Parkdale Park adjacent to the Parkdale Market from 7:30 am to 8:45 am. Kindly note that we cannot guarantee kit pickup on the day of the event in time for the 9:00 am start. Please arrive early.
Please note: There will be no 5K registration on race day.
