The Eppie's Kids Duathlon is presented each year to inspire healthy, active choices and promote fun, physical activity through running and cycling on the American River Parkway.
Children in age brackets from 4 – 13 years are invited to run and cycle on special courses around Sacramento’s Discovery Park and the American River Parkway. The Duathlon course allows parents and friends to watch and cheer on their kid competitors throughout the races. There is a bounce house for competitors who still have energy to burn off!
