All clinics start at 8:00am. Following the clinic, the open water swim course will be open for 1 hour.
All participants must be pre-registered for the clinics. You may participate in the open water swim practice without attending the clinics as long as you have registered and signed a waiver.
Triathletes of all skill levels are welcome.
Please bring everything you would bring on race day.
