The 10th Annual GO Run 5K and one mile Fun Run/Walk presented by Catranis Family Charitable Foundation will be held September 16th at the University of South Alabama Moulton Tower & Alumni Plaza. The 5K will begin at 8:00 am and Fun Run at 9:00 am.
The event will include prizes, music, vendor booths, food, and children’s activities. Families, schools, corporations and friends are encouraged to form teams of six or more to participate. Each team will be eligible to win awards for a variety of categories for example, team with most members, most spirited team, best dressed team, and many more. Individual awards will also be given in all age categories.
Please join us as we celebrate 10 years of this one-of-a-kind run! All GO Run proceeds will benefit the amazing gynecologic cancer research taking place at the USA Mitchell Cancer Institute.

Teams
A team consists of six or more runners/walkers. Each individual must complete a race application and each team must complete a team application. Awards will be presented in various categories. Team Form must be sent to to bramsey@southalabama.edu or fax to 251-461-1776 by September 15h.

5K: Top male and female Overall, Masters, Grandmasters, Senior Grandmaster, and Race Walker. Top three male and female in age groups: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74 and 75-99
Fun Run: Top male and female. Award Ribbon will be given to all Fun Run articipants.
Team: Most spirited, best team shirt, best dressed (show your team spirit with funky outfits), best decorated tent, largest corporate team, largest friends and family team, largest School team, largest College/University team
Post Race Party
Join us for the Post Race Party! Awards will be presented, vendors will be on site, food and beverages will be provided and a Kids Zone will feature inflatables, face painting and more!
