Help Maureen raise money

On October 1, 2015, just as we were planning our move to Roseburg by that year-end, this community was rocked by the tragic shooting at Umpqua Community College. As we have grown to love this town and its people, we have witnessed the slow "two-steps-forward, one-step-back" process of healing among all who were affected by the events of that day when so many were lost, others were wounded and, in addition, witnesses and first responders were forever changed. In a small town like this, that's almost everyone. As the second anniversary approaches this weekend, I wanted to join the efforts to remember and honor those who are gone and walk alongside those who are missing them, by participating in the 5k Umpqua Strong event. I ask you to consider making a generous pledge to support the continuing efforts to bring healing and hope to this community.
