Music City's most festive 5K invites elves, grinches, and sugar plum fairies to light the way for Santa's arrival at the Nashville Christmas Parade.
This family-friendly event is perfect for runners, walkers, joggers, and merry-makers of all ages and abilities.

FAQs
Q: Do people dress up?
A: Yes! Wear your festive best for Rudolph's costume contest!
Q: Is the Red Nose Run dog-friendly?
A: Well-mannered, friendly dogs are welcome, and we'll even have a pet costume contest!
Q: Can I run with a stroller?
A: Little reindeer and their sleighs are welcome! We will ask strollers to line up near the back, and experienced stroller runners to line up near the middle. No registration fee is needed for a child in a stroller, unless they want a commemorative shirt and finisher ornament of their own. (Youth Small is our littlest shirt.)
Q: Do you have an early packet pickup?
A: Yes! You can pick up your race packet from 3:30 - 6:30 on Friday, December 1, at Nissan Stadium. Park in Lot R, and look for the big tent!
Q: What is the race route?
A: This timed, certified 5K starts at Nissan Stadium, crosses the Pedestrian Bridge, and includes portions of Broadway, 2nd Avenue, 1st Avenue, and the perimeter of Nissan Stadium.
Q: What does my registration include?
A: In addition to the timed 5K, you will receive a long-sleeve t-shirt, finisher ornament, and post-race hot chocolate and cookies!
Q: Cookies are awesome, but I'll need breakfast that morning. Will there be other food?
A: That Awesome Taco Truck and My City Kitchen will be on site, so you can grab a bite to eat before heading to the Christmas Parade.
