Fun Family event on October 21st, 2017 at Grassland Middle School.
The Grassland Gallop is hosted by Bethlehem United Methodist Church. The purpose of this event is to bring together the Grassland community. This year, the event will benefit the local non-profit Love on Wheels, which assists children in the foster care system.
The 6K route starts at Grassland Middle School, goes behind the schools and through Grassland Estates before heading back to the school. The top male and female finisher will each take home prize as well as the top finishers in each age division.
The 2K fun run/walk takes place on the Nature trail.
Love On Wheels will be having a children's underwear drive on the day of the race so any participants who would like to, are asked to bring a package of children's underwear or socks (any size) as a donation on the day of the race.
We are excited to expand the Kid's Zone this year, which will include free face painting, costume contests, prizes, and pumpkin painting. Halloween goody bags will also be given to each participant!
We will have a DJ that will be entertaining spectators and participants at the 6K start/finish line. There will also be coffee, hot chocolate and snacks available.
Last minute race day registration, as well as packet pick up, will take place at Grassland Middle School beginning at 7am.
The festivities begin at 8:00am, at Grassland Middle School on October 21st, 2017.

Packet Pickup
Location of Packet Pickups will be at Bethlehem United Methodist Church on Thursday, October 19th, time 4pm - 7:30pm.
2419 Bethlehem Loop Rd, Franklin, TN 37069
Packet Pickup will also be available the morning of the race, near the start/finish line.
Fun Activities
Face painting will be offered for the kids!
This year's event will feature a costume contest for all ages with prizes in each age group!
Event Registration
Registration through Race Roster closes October 20th at 9pm.
Registration will be available on site on the morning of the race for any last minute participants. Payment can be made with cash or check only at that time!
