Join us on Thursday Evening, October 5, 2017 for Christine’s signature Karuna Reiki-Infused Yoga class. The word karuna means “compassion and mercy,” and the energy of karuna is enormously reflective, healing and transformative. Class includes 3 healings paired with beautiful essential oil anointings. Dress comfortably. Bring a mat and blanket and an openness to heal. Class size is limited.
