Be a part of a unique family tradition and join us for the 8th annual Baylor Scott & White Turkey Trot! We have a family fun atmosphere with a one mile fun run/walk, and a more competitive 5K. This is the largest non-marathon BCS Race Series Race with over 1200 participants last year. This will be a great morning celebrating family, fun, and Thanksgiving.
Join us at 8am on Thanksgiving Day, November 23rd, for this great community event!
We will have a 5K race on the streets of the picturesque Firefox neighborhood, and a family fun 1 mile walk/run around the Baylor Scott & White Health Center. The start/finish will take place in the parking lot of the Baylor Scott & White Medical Center at Highway 6 and Rock Prairie. The costs are $20 for kids/students, $25 for adults, or $75 for a family of up to five. Participants will receive a race t-shirt along with post-race goodies including slices of pie from Happy Pie Co. and beer from New Republic Brewing Co.
This race is a family fun event, and will not be timed.
Proceeds from the race will go directly to local non-profit organizations, including Mercy Project.
