Wildwood Fall Session

This season at Sole Girls, find out what it means to release your inner awesome, make fabulous friends and build your confidence and self-esteem. We will play games, have dance parties, discuss media, body image, friendship and mean girls. We will meet awesome mentors from high school and university. Get ready to be mentally and physically prepared to complete a 5km fun run. Sole Girls weekly sessions run for 8 to 9 weeks. During the last week, girls participate in a fun 5km run with their Sole Girls group and other Sole Girls groups around their community. Come out and learn to sparkle, be fearless and healthy! Parents, family and friends are encouraged to come out to the 5km run to support their girl!

Girls will meet once a week on Tuesday nights from 4:00pm - 5:45pm beginning October 17th and ending on December 5th.

Note: The registration fee for the 5km fun run is not included in the registration fee. In this session, girls will be participating in the Santa Shuffle on December 2nd. The cost of this event is $15-$20 per youth. The cost for adults is $25-$30.We hope to see you all out at this fun family event in support of your girls and The Salvation Army!
