Our last race before the snow flies and 9 Toes takes over.
Come play in the woods one last time before the 9 Toes Winter Adventure Race is upon us. This is a Trek / Bike event, we will save the Paddle for warmer days.
This event features the Poker Objective. What is the Poker Objective? At each CP you visit you have the opportunity to take a playing card. The best poker hand at the end of the race wins a prize.
Post race activities will be staying warm, drinking hot chocolate and or Picaroons, and eating some snacks.
The race start location will be announced one week before race day to prevent locals from gaining an unfair advantage over those travelling. It will be close to the Fredericton / Oromocto area.
Suggested Gear - compass, matches/lighter, cell phone with full battery in a water proof case, mountain bike, helmet, head lamp, hydration system (water bottle / camel back, etc), warm clothing, gloves, toque.
