Multi-surface fun at the 5K, 10K or half marathon distance!
Half the fun will be experiencing all the different kinds of trails, including dirt, paved and even wood bridges.
Hikers/walkers are always welcome!

Age group awards will be awarded to the top 3 finishers in 5 year categories (less for the younger ages).
All runners will receive custom finisher medals and custom shirts (cotton and tech shirts available). More info on shirts/awards page.
Start times will be: 9:00 am for the Half Marathon, 9:15 am for the 10K and 9:30 am for the 5K.
For half marathon participants who wish to hike the course and take more than 4 hours, we will offer a "Hiker Start" at 8:00 am. Those starting at 8:00 should carry water as the first and second aid stations might not be 100% up and running, depending on the hikers speed. Hiker starts will not be eligible to win the race or for age group awards, but will be listed as official finishers in the Hikers Division and will still receive finisher medals.
All races will be professionally timed with electronic bib tags.
Shirts are guaranteed to those who sign up by 12/31. We will order extras, but cannot guarantee size, so we recommend early registration.

COURSE INFORMATION
From fire trails to single track, pavement to wooden boardwalks, these courses have it all. Just make sure you don't get too distracted by the views that you don't notice where you're running! All courses include rolling hills that are very "runnable".
The courses are designed to take into account the possibility of rain before and (hopefully not!) during the race. Race will take place rain or shine!
The low-lying Coyote Hills rise as a prominent landmark on the eastern shoreline of San Francisco Bay, along the western edge of southern Alameda County. Archaeology has revealed that Native Americans have lived in the area for at least 12,900 to 13,500 years. The Tuibun Ohlone village site (which is more than 2,000 years old) may be visited at Coyote Hills Regional Park on naturalist-led programs. Learn more about Coyote Hills Regional Park here.
