San Marcos Half Marathon, 10k and 5k. Come to marvelous San Marcos and run a race that is likely older than you are....right?
Moe retired and passed his legacy over to Scallywompus Events. We will have the race in the same location but we will inject the Scallywompus trademark fun and festivities for after the race.
After all our motto is Come for the race, stay for the party!" So do it sign up for the series.
San Marcos Half Marathon, 5k and 10k is an event to honor the retired "Oldest Half Marathon in Central Texas" Moe's Better Half Marathon. This event is now under the managment of Scallywompus Events.
This event starts and finishes in the Tanger Outlet Mall parking lot and goes through a beautiful course through the Texas Hill Country and Praires. In addition to the Half Marathon we will be adding a 5k and 10k for more choices.
As always the post race event will be an explosion of excitement and fun Scallywompus Style!

Age Deals
If you are 16 and younger we are giving you at 50% discount we want you to also take ownership of the race. When you finish, if you are able, come to the finish line and help the other runners. Stay and help clean up. You are young and we need your energy to make everything perfect.
Then be an ambassador for running and our running events, help us promote the events and the volunteers where ever you go. And on social media, snapchat, facebook, instagram..etc…
70+ participants will also get 50% off. If you can afford it we request that you make a small donation to marrowmatch. If you can not that is fine. We also ask that you take ownership of these races and help with advice to younger runners to keep them calm and caring.
