Help Jennifer raise money

HI Everyone, Thank you for taking the time to read my story and consider my request! As most of you know I have struggled with Colitis for more than 15 years now, it is a disease that at times has left me unable to work, it effects my day to day activities/quality of life, and is often tremendously painful. I have over the past few years learned to keep my condition under to a manageable level (most of the time) through medication, a healthy diet and a very strict exercise program. I would love nothing more than to help others to do the same! Please help me in raising funds to support this very worthy cause, so the Crohn's & Colitis foundation can continue to research new ways to help me and others like me lead normal lives, and hopefully one day find a cure!
