This year, the 3Kg Challenge is open to the general public!!
What is the 3Kg Challenge?
Individuals can challenge themselves to run 5 km while wearing a 3Kg vest. This extra weight emulates the average water weight that individuals with chronic kidney failure who rely on dialysis treatments to survive, accumulate between each dialysis treatment.
