Kick-off the month of May with the 4th Annual Dignity Health Family 5K on Saturday, May 5 2018 at Freestone Park in Gilbert. The event has a distance for everyone, including a 5K Run/Walk, Family 1 Mile, and 100 Yard Kids' Dash, so bring your family and friends!
Proceeds from the 2018 Family 5K will benefit the infant bereavement programs for families in the Birthing Centers at Chandler Regional and Mercy Gilbert Medical Centers. These funds will be used to offer support groups to grieving families and supportive services during this challenging time.

- 8 & Under, 9 & 10, 11-13, 14-17, 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 & Over
- Pre- and Post-Race "Runner's Brunch" (bagels, fruit, water, Gatorade, etc)

Race Day Information
- Race Day Registration will be available beginning at 7:00am at Freestone Park.
We accept cash, check, and credit cards on race day
Cost of registration on race day will be $40 for the 5K, $35 for the 1 Mile, and $20 for the Kids' Dash.
- Leashed pet and stroller friendly!
