“United Cerebral Palsy Association of Central Arizona, Inc. (“UCP of Central Arizona”), is a nonprofit, tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to UCP of Central Arizona are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

Additionally, UCP of Central Arizona is a qualifying charitable organization under Arizona’s Charitable Tax Credit Program. Accordingly, individual Arizona taxpayers that make a contribution to UCP of Central Arizona may be eligible for an Arizona income tax credit of up to $400 for married taxpayers and up to $200 for single taxpayers and heads of households in lieu of an Arizona income tax deduction.
