We get it, things come up and life sometimes gets in the way. So, for your convenience, we offer Refunds or Deferrals until June 1st. 2018, no questions asked. The refund will be for the race fee only. There will be a $1.95 admin fee and a $5.00 processing charge for all refunds. Out of respect for our volunteers, we will not be able to mail out race kits that are not picked up. Thank you for you're understanding.

For 43 years the Johnny Miles Running Event Weekend has offered something for everyone. If you are looking to do your first 5km or qualify for Boston this is your race. We offer a mainly flat, scenic loop course with lots of support along the way and a finish line experience you will never forget. We pride ourselves in putting on an event that will exceed your expectations for a running event and for hospitality. Our friendly, helpful volunteers go out of their way to make sure your experience is as enjoyable and rewarding as it can be. We also feel we offer the best value in road racing in Eastern Canada.
Entry Fee - $35 - $45 ($30 & $40 for RNS Members)
Kids Races and Student 5km are both free events with limited spots available.
