Quinn's Journey with Kleefstra

Raise money for Quinn's Journey with Kleefstra

Quinn is a 6 year-old girl from Point Pleasant who was born with a rare chromosomal deletion disorder called Kleefstra Syndrome.

She is only 1 of 500 people in the world that have this diagnosis.
Her condition leaves her both physically and mentally challenged and fully

dependent on the care from others.
She currently attends Hawkswood, a special needs school in Eatontown., NJ

Quinn also attends a 3-week intensive therapy program/camp in California twice per year at a facility called The NAPA Center.
It is here that she gets necessary neurological and physical rehabilitation and education to help her progress both physically and mentally. The family believes it is because of this program, that Quinn
has come as far as she has. The center boasts more progress in the three week session than in a year of traditional out-patient therapy.

To make it possible for Quinn to attend The Napa Center program each year, her family fundraises through their own 501c3 based charity called “Quinn's Journey with Kleefstra.”
The money they raise helps them finance the $20,000 cost of the camp and their 15% co-pays on her equipment,
therapy and medical care throughout the year outside of the camp.

Quinn resides in Point Pleasant Boro with her two moms and two brothers who simply adore her. She responds to each of them in her own way.

She loves to swim, swing, bounce, go for bike rides and walks. and absolutely loves to be outside. Quinn has a smile and giggle that is contagious.
