Please join us in walking or running 5k or 1mile, in memory of Alexa’s mum. Laureen was diagnosed with late stage ovarian cancer in 2014, and battled valiantly against the disease for 13months. Detection of ovarian cancer is all to often missed in the earlier stages of the disease. For this reason it is important for us to raise awareness of the signs and symptoms of the disease, in the hope that other families do not have to suffer such an excruciating loss.
