My Story…
If you live in Woodstock or know someone who does, you will undoubtedly need the services of the hospital at some point. (Hopefully it is most often for happy occasions such as a new baby! :) )
I have joined the Natural Motion Health team to help raise some funds and to get out there and get some exercise and stay healthy.
