My Story…
In 2008 I suffered a cardiac arrest while running. I luckily survived, although I suffered some life altering injuries from the event. Racing Hearts is a wonderful nonprofit that helps save lives from cardiac arrests with the use of AED’s for more information go to http://racinghearts.org/
As it goes in life after suffering a tragedy, opening a Racing Hearts Chapter where I live and providing support for others with similar loss will bring me even more gratitude for my survival.
