Yes, that’s spelled correctly because we’ve kicked
our hydration stations up a notch: beer, cider, and wine stations!
Fitness Junkies is excited to be hosting the 3rd annual
Falmouth TrALE Run!
This challenging 5k or 10k route will wind you up the hill and through the woods of the beautiful and historic Castle Frederick Farms property, while allowing you opportunities to slow down and enjoy the view at one of our drink stations. Our friends at Schoolhouse Brewery, Roof Hound Brewing Co., and Bent Nail will be serving up their craft brews and Sid's Cider and Bent Ridge will be joining them on the trale! We won’t be timing you, as we encourage you to enjoy the view and the beer (cider and wine!) just for the run of it.
5k participants will receive 4 4oz. samples
10k participants will receive 6 4oz. samples.
Participants must be 19 years old by September 29, 2018. No children, strollers, bikes, or pets permitted on the trails during this event. Please note ALL transfers must be done through Race Roster($1.95 fee) or between participants. No refunds or deferrals.
Proceeds will support the West Hants Ground Search and Rescue.

Fitness Junkies is excited to be hitting the trails again this year and we are pleased to be supporting local vendors. Keep an eye on our Twitter and NEW Facebook page for updates and information leading up to the big day. This is not a timed event as we want everyone to focus on the joy of running, walking, and hiking through Castle Frederick Farms' trails and enjoy the brews provided by Schoolhouse Brewery and friends and ciders. Have fun!
Please note that participants must be at least 19 years old by September 29,2018 and no children, strollers, bikes, or pets are permitted on the route. Please note that there will be no deferrals and ALL transfers must be completed through Race Roster or between participants,We encourage everyone to drink responsibly, and water will also be served at all drink stations. Participants are urged to use a designated driver or organize a safe and sober ride home from the event.
