The course is a 2.0 km loop, shoveled trail through the forest on Camp Heildelberg property of the Optimist Club of Kitchener - Waterloo.

Runners Receive
All runners receive miscellaneous snacks & fruit, and Chili at the end of each event. Veggie Chili will be avaiable! There will be an aid station out front of the main building with some snacks, water & Gatorade. Feel free to bring your own special needs. There will be a warm building to change and go to the bathroom. I hope to have socks and or a t-shirt from past events for all those who participate. The earlier you pick up your bib, the better selection and chance of getting one or the other.
