Beat the snow, the cold, and get a quality speed workout!
This is an intensive, indoor running experience, with the workouts set by former Olympian Taylor Milne (Beijing 2008, 1500m; Rio 2016, Steeplechase).
- The workouts are appropriate for all adult runners! They consist of multiple short distance repeats on the 200 metre rubberized track.
- You only need a t-shirt, shorts and clean shoes; no outdoor shoes allowed on the track.
- No food or sports drinks allowed on the track; water is fine
- Arrive early to stretch, warmup, and be ready to go at 7 pm sharp.
- Evening parking is free in these university lots on Trent Lane, Powerhouse Lane or East Ring Road: P3, P7, P19, P48, P49. More info here.
- The Field House entrance is just off Powerhouse Lane, south side of the building, near the new Athletic Complex.
Price: $50 Adults, $35 Students (plus ~$5 processing fee)
