My Story…
On Saturday, Nov. 3, 410 CrossFit is hosting a Project Purple event called PUSH PULL for P.C. in honor of Gary Sr., my coach’s father, who lost his life to pancreatic cancer in 2015. He would have turned 62 on this day. Any donations made will go towards sponsoring me for the workout we are undertaking during PUSH PULL in Gary Sr.’s honor.

On Sunday, Oct. 28 at 11am, I did 500 burpees live from 410 CrossFit on Instagram (@natmakesgains) and Facebook—one burpee for every dollar I raised on behalf of Project Purple. Every burpee I struggled through was in Gary Sr.'s honor, and in honor of those currently battling cancer—not to mention the families that have been affected by this disease, as well.
