My Story…
I am participating in this event because when I was thirteen years old my mother was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer. She barely made it a year suffering through awful ineffective treatment before she passed away. This fundraiser means more to me than I can describe as it represents not only my mother’s legacy but a chance to spread awareness and raise money for Project Purple.
