2nd Annual Strides2Wellness, Walk, Run or Roll for Pathstone Mental Health

Join us in support of Mental Health on October 28, 2018 by participating in a 1km, 5km or 10km walk, run, or wheelchair roll.  This is a Halloween Event.  Costumes are encouraged!  All routes will have candy and chocolate throughout the course and loot bags will be provided for those who do not want to enjoy the chocolate/candy on route.   

This is not a peanut free event. 

Service dogs and companions who are supporting event participants are welcome and may register free of charge. 

All routes will depart and return to 1338 Fourth Avenue, St. Catharines, Ontario.  Pathstone Mental Health improves the quality of life across the lifespan for individuals in the Niagara Region who are dealing with or are affected by mental health.  Donations towards Pathstone Mental Health will also be accepted. 

This run/walk/roll (wheelchair) is aimed to engage our community in being active and outdoors.  Choose from our 1km, 5km and 10km options where you will cross the finish line earning a commemorative medal and limited edition swag that gives you bragging rights for your accomplishment.  

Strides2Wellness believes that everyone, of all abilities and skills can be athletic through movement.  Everyone joining our team, crossing the finish line is our winner!   Check out our website for more information at www.strides2wellness.com.
