Asperger's Alliance is a 501(c)3 organization with a mission to provide social skill development to individuals on the Autism Spectrum, in addition to resources and support to their families and caregivers. Asperger's Alliance serves individuals from elementary school through adulthood, provides specialized programs, including Art Therapy "Art in Me" and Anxiety Groups "Asperger's and Anxiety, supports parents and caregivers with our expert workshops, and facilitates numerous social, educational and skill building opportunities throughout the year.
With your participation and support of this fun family event, we hope to expand our current programming, including launching the first independent living program in Delaware specifically for individuals with Autism Spectrum Diagnoses (Asperger's Syndrome). Our goal is to launch Maria's House in 2019, dedicated to Maria Zakula, a longtime advocate of Asperger's Alliance and mentor to many of our participants. The sponsorships and individual contributions from this event will go to support this endeavor.
