April's Kid Zone Closed
Supervised by Canadore ECE students and instructors. The event is for children 18 months to 8 years of age. Children will enjoy a fun morning of supervised gym activities, a short walk and refreshments while you compete in the Walk/Run. Free for children of participating parents and guardians. Pledges are encouraged.

$80( ) in pledges and receive your registration fee. Individuals collecting pledges to cover your entry fee use promo code Register. This code will allow you to register without a fee and start raising pledges. On or before event day your pledges of $80( ) must be received to cover your registration. In the event that $80 has not been collected you are responsible to make up the difference. Registration fees paid prior to collecting pledges will not be refunded.

Paved course. The bottom flat section leads to a graduated hill climb with an 80m change in elevation. A stroll around campus leads to a view of lake Nipissing on your way downhill to the finish.

Team Challenges
What's in a Team?
A team can consist of individuals who walk, run, or volunteer during the event.
In celebration of the 12th annual Our Hospital Walk/Run, the 12th person to register on your team is FREE! For information call 705.495.7562.
Earn Points!
Your Team will earn two points for every participant registered. Volunteers who receive training and work the event will also earn your team two points. Every $50 raised in pledges earns your team one point. Teams registered by September 18th will be entered in a draw to win a Twiggs Coffee Party hosted by 101.9 Rock morning team Mitch & Vicki.
Team Challenges
1. Community Team Challenge winners receive the coveted Silver Bed Pan Trophy to be proudly displayed, earning boasting rights until the next Walk/Run, team plaque and a pizza party.
2. Hospital Team Challenge winners get to add an object to the existing trophy that represents their team or department, and receive a team plaque and pizza party.
3. Youth Team Challenge add an object to the trophy that represents your school, team or group and receive a team plaque and a free movie from Galaxy Cinemas. (This is not a school-sanctioned event).
4. Spirit Award! Teams will be judged throughout the event on their spirit - based on costurmes, cheers and attitude. Receive Spirit Award Trophy and pizza party.
