In celebration of Earth Day 2018 the East Coast Commune is pleased to host it's first annual PLOGGING event! What is plogging you ask? Well it's simple, you pick up litter as you run, helping to restore the beauty of our town and planet!
The Earth Day Plog will be held at the East Coast Commune on Sunday, April 22, 2018 at beginning at 10:00am. Registration is $10.00 and includes your trash bag, gloves as well as a post plog pint (for those 19+) and chilli!
There is no set distance for this event, and participants are encouraged to walk, jog, run, or wheel. The goal is to collect as much litter as possible in 65 minutes before returning to The Commune for refreshments.
All ages welcome, day of registration will begin at 9:15 am.
