Hello, my name is Sam! Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. I was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis, a progressive chronic lung disease, at age 3. In the last 7 years, I have undergone two double lung transplants and the removal of thyroid cancer. I am a huge supporter of lung health, clean air, an active life style, and smoking cessation. Will you help me continue to support these causes by donating? If I reach my goal of $550, I get to ride my bike over 100 miles!
