The NRH Road Runner 5K welcomes Special Guest Mr. Orville Rodgers: the Running Man, who at the age of 100 continues to inspire, motivate and challenge others to enjoy everything life offers. Mr. Rodgers, Masters Indoor Track and Field Champion and WWII Veteran, will be available to sign his book The Running Man and share his inspiring life story. Show your School pride!
For every student that signs up for the NRH Road Runner 5K, $5 will go back to your campus to benefit the Physical Education Department.
At the time you register online, be sure and select your school from the list provided.

Awards: 

Overall Male and Female; Overall Masters (50+) Male and Female;
Runners 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; 70 & Over

Awards will be presented three deep in each age group for the 5K Run/Walk.
Participation ribbons will be given out to all 1 Mile Fun Run participants.
