Course for 10 Mile is USATF- RRTC certified accurate course: # LA09004JF
* Course Time Limit ( 10 Mile race ): 2 Hours, 40 minutes
Mile marker signs are placed at each Mile location , all three distances.
Water stations on course staffed, with Kentwood Springs Water and Powerade * Six stations on course.
Chip Timed event : Please wear race number bib on front only and visible. Check bib number assigned separate text and color coding for each race distance ( 5K, 10K, 10 Mile ) and verify name label on back of number bib is You !
* If you decide to change distance division competing in before the race please contact us via e-mail . If on the day of race check in with staff member at bib number pickup. If during race, immediately upon completion, please checkin at the finish line scoring tent ( Starr Timing ) with race officials.

NORSI / NOLArunning.com recommends to NOT wear headphones, ear gear, during the time you are running or walking on course.
