Join me in bringing light to the darkness of cancer by donating towards my fundraising efforts in support of the Stronger than Cancer Young Hero 5K – Pediatric Oncology Support Team, Inc. (POST).
By giving a donation today, you can help children like Giancarlo. At just 8 years old, Giancarlo was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) - a diagnosis no parent ever wants to hear. Within a day of diagnosis, he had already started chemotherapy. Numerous lumbar punctures and blood transfusions soon followed. His life had changed in an instant. Today, Giancarlo is in remission, he's a vibrant, happy and healthy 13 year-old boy.
Money raised through Stronger than Cancer Young Hero 5K allows POST offer free, family-centered support to children with cancer and their families living in six counties in Southeast Florida. The impact of POST is that no family walks their child’s journey alone, giving them hope, healing with compassion, and the financial support they need.
