Virtual Run of Heroes

This is a Virtual Run to raise money for the Children's Wish Foundation as part of their Heroes Challenge.  The goal is to raise $10,000, which is about enough money to grant a seriously ill child their wish.  Please join me and run 5K, 10K, or a Half Marathon between July 14th and 22nd.  After your run, post your pic to Facebook or Instagram with #virtualrunofheroes for all to see.

Virtual 5K for Heroes Closed

Gear up in your super hero outfit (or normal running gear) and run 5K or 3.1 Miles inside or outside, day or night. Run this at your convenience between July 14th - July 22nd. Take some pics and post your results to Instagram or Facebook using hashtag #virtualrunofheroes. Let's run this and help grant a wish to a child.

Virtual 10K for Heroes Closed

We need to raise money to grant a seriously ill child their wish. We can't do it without you and your support. So, let's run 10K or 6.2 miles to help give a child their wish. Run this at your convenience between July 14th - July 22nd. Take some pics and post your results to Instagram or Facebook using hashtag #virtualrunofheroes. Let's run this and help grant a wish to a child in need.

Virtual Half for Heroes Closed

This is for the ultimate hero! Run 21.1 KM or 13.1 Miles between July 14th - July 22nd to help grant a seriously ill child their wish. You can run or walk this distance at your convenience. Once you complete your run, post a picture to Instagram or Facebook with #virtualrunofheroes. Is this challenge accepted?
