Join No Boundaries to train for your first 5K (3.1 miles) or simply to add a healthy habit to your routine. Coinciding Race: Urban Cow 5K
Day/Time: Wednesday at 6:00 PM and Saturdays at 8:00 AM
Kickoff and First Workout: Saturday, August 18, at 8:00 AM
Length: 8 weeks
Location: William Land Park
