My Story…
Matt Green is a health and fitness coach of 5+ years and is a huge advocate of cherishing the gift of health and a beating heart. He instills this belief within the walls of his gym, Green Fit Co. and also whenever he is training his clients of all ages and fitness levels. Movement is medicine and we have the ability to write our own prescription every single day.
Matt lives with his girlfriend, Sara in Forty Fort alongside his newest family member, Dante the puppy. When Matt isn't running the gym, he's running after Dante who is most likely trying to eat rocks or dirt.
Matt supports Paint Pittston Pink for Sara, who is a Stage 3 Triple-Negative (TNBC) Survivor. After watching her fight the entire journey with high hopes and a driven demeanor, Matt realizes how lucky he is to have such a strong woman in his life to call his girlfriend.
