Inaugural Pacers 5K

Join us for the Inaugural Pacers 5K race on Saturday, October 20, 2018. Honorary Starter, Larry Bird, will tip-off the race and Boomer, the Pacemates, the High Octane Drumline and Pacers alumni players will be there to cheer you on! This 5K is for all ages and fitness levels, so the entire family can participate! Run downtown Indy, starting at Bankers Life Fieldhouse and finishing with a post-race party for all race participants and their families!
Registration Includes:
- One (1) Balcony Level ticket to the Indiana Pacers vs. Brooklyn Nets game on Saturday, October 20th (with option to purchase additional tickets to the game)
- Pacers 5K t-shirt and medal
- Access to post-race event
- Overall Male & Female race winners will participate as Honorary Team Captains for the Pacers vs. Brooklyn game
- Entry for in-game experience (Pacers 5K Sweepstakes Official Rules)
Pacers 5K Ticket Redemption:
Tickets purchased through the Pacers 5K will be distributed digitally the day before the race, on Friday, October 19th via the email address used to register. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Beau Dries at (317) 917 – 2551 or BDries@Pacers.com. No refunds on exchanges will be given on Pacers tickets.
Pacers 5K Inclement Weather Policy:
If inclement weather (lightning, high winds, snow, ice, extreme temperature, etc.) is suspected on race day the Indiana Pacers will post an update of the race status on Pacers.com/5K by 6 p.m. on Friday, October 19th and notify all registered participants via email. A second, follow-up will take place by 6 a.m. on Saturday, October 20th (race day).
If the race is postponed on race day, the latest possible start time will be 9:30 a.m. (30-minute delay).
Race officials may cancel, delay or change the run in the case of extreme conditions that may affect the safety and health of the participants. In case of delay or cancellation, immediate notification will be made through Indiana Pacers Facebook page (Facebook.com/pacers), Twitter page (@Pacers), Instagram (@Pacers) and website (Pacers.com). In addition, all race participants will be notified via email. Should the event be cancelled due to extreme weather or other emergency, there will be no refunds or transfers.
