RUN OTTAWA - Canada Day Road Races

CANADA DAY ROAD RACES

The tradition continues! We hope you’ll join us on July 1st for the 33rd edition of the Canada Day Road Races presented by our friends at Bushtukah in support of the Kanata Food Cupboard.

We are pleased to announce that we are returning to our original location at Earl of March High School, located in the Beaverbrook community in Kanata north.

The day features a run for everyone…10K, 5K, 1K Kids Run (ages 6-12) and a 100m Tot Trot for kids 5 and under.

Start times: 10K: 8:00 a.m.; 5K: 8:10 a.m. 100 Metre Tot Trot:  9:30 a.m.; 1K Kids Run: 9:45 a.m.

All runners receive a commemorative shirt, medal and post-race snacks served by our partners at the Kanata Food Cupboard.

We’ll see you there!

Please note: Athletes competing with Wheelchair – With these races taking place on partially closed roads there are sections that pass multiple vehicle entry points, posing great risk to those competing in racing wheelchairs. It may be suitable for recreational athletes. Please contact Joe Du Vall directly for further consultation. operations@runottawa.ca
