Ancaster Community Services (ACS) has been providing assistance to the residents of Ancaster since 1969. ACS is the only social services agency in Ancaster offering programs such as Emergency Food Assistance (food bank), seniors programs (Meals on Wheels/Frozen Meals, Volunteer Driving, Shopping & Events Bus), volunteer opportunities, Youth programs (Youth Employment Services, Babysitting Course), and they are a local source of community information, tourism, counseling services and referrals.
