Notes:

General:

  • Price increases will take effect at 11:59 pm EST, on the dates listed above.
  • Race kits and bibs must be picked up at the Expo on Friday, May 3rd-Saturday, May 4th.
  • All entries are non-refundable and no deferrals will be issued.

Individual Registrations:

  • Online registration will close at 11:59 pm on Wednesday, May 1, 2019. Pending availability, on-site registration is available at the Health & Wellness Expo at the Port Credit Memorial Arena on Friday May 3rd and Saturday May 4th. On-site registration for the 10K closes at 4:00 pm on Saturday May 4th. 10K participants (individuals and relays) must pick up their kits before 4:00 pm on Saturday.
  • To have your name printed on your bib, you must register before April 23, 2019 at midnight.
Transfer to a friend:
  • If you would like to transfer your registration to a friend you can do so through your dashboard until April 23, 2019. All transfers are charged a fee of $15 plus HST and a processing fee.
Transfer race distance:
  • To upgrade or downgrade your distance click on the transfer button on your dashboard. There is a transfer charge of $15 plus HST and a processing fee. Transfers can be done online until April 23, 2019.

Relay (Corporate and Student) Registrations:

  • Online registration for RELAYS will close at 11:59 pm on Wednesday, April 23, 2019.
  • No race day or expo registration.
  • To have your team/school name printed on your bib, you must register before April 23rd, 2019.
  • The Corporate Relay Challenge and 10K Student Relay teams are to have a minimum of 2 participants and a maximum of 5.
  • All entries are non-refundable and no deferrals will be issued.
