A peaceful approach to crime and conflict that seeks to address the needs of victims, offenders and communities by offering processes that encourage dialogue, reparation and healing.
Our Schools Initiative provides weekly Circles to students across the North Shore, utilizing restorative values to build community and connection amongst peer groups, staff and administrators. Topics include: identity, diversity and stereotyping, empathy, peer pressure, mediation and conflict-resolution, self-inquiry, self-awareness, self-regulation, community building, and communication, as well as distinguishing between needs, rights and responsibilities.
