My Story…
I have enjoyed running for most of my life and have the privilege of doing so in the most amazing city. After running many races over many years, this will be my first time running for an organized charity. Any amount of money that my friends and co-workers can donate to raise money for this very worthwhile cause is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Description
Your donation allows the Learning Buddies Network to build self-esteem and inspire a love of learning by providing free one to one tutoring and mentoring programs in reading and math for academically and socially fragile children in the Lower Mainland. And through a team of youth volunteers Learning Buddies can serve children in 8 elementary schools who would not otherwise receive the academic support they need.
