People In Need of Delaware County Oh

For the 2019 New Moon Half & Quarter Marathon, we are accepting donations which will be contributed to People In Need (PIN) of Delaware County via the Greenswell Foundation, Inc. (Note: the Greenswell Foundation is not an agent of People In Need). 

The Greenswell Foundation was established as a way for Greenswell to support health and wellness initiatives in Central Ohio and the surrounding communities. The vision of the Greenswell Foundation is to support a positive-lifestyle through philanthropy, volunteerism and grant making by supporting various athletic, community, education, health, human services and public benefit organizations in our event communities.

In 2018, the Greenswell Foundation donated over $17,000 to local charities and causes thanks to your generous support!

About People In Need of Delaware County

PIN helps Delaware County residents with immediate emergency needs possibly created by job loss, break-up of the family, illness, death, or other unexpected financial emergencies. PIN does do not believe it is solving all of the people's problems by simply handing out food or paying utility bills. PIN sees the immediate emergency need as a symptom and not the problem. Their role is to provide assistance with the immediate need and to take a look at the total needs of the family unit. PIN works with the family or individual to identify appropriate referrals, using all available community resources.
