Help Gayle raise money

This upcoming weekend I am participating in the Shamrock'n 5K. The beneficiary of this race is Triumph Fitness, a non-profit organization, that provides a 12 week fitness program for cancer survivors of all kinds in the Sacramento area at no cost. If you or someone you know has gone through chemotherapy, the battle does not end when chemo ends. It takes months, if not years, to regain your strength and stamina. Three years ago I was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer that had metastasized to my liver and bones. It has taken years to regain my stamina, but thanks to Triumph Fitness, I am now starting to row again and spend my time volunteering for SPCA and several therapy dog groups. I am extremely grateful to Triumph for helping me regain my life. I am trying to pay it forward and raise enough money to allow another cancer survivor to participate in this program which is approximately $1000.
