Help Jennifer raise money

When I finish writing this note to you, I will stand up and walk away from my computer. For many young adults with disabilities living at Nigel House, the act of standing and walking is no longer possible. Most residents use wheelchairs as a result of an accident or a diagnosis of some illness such as multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s, or stroke. Ron is a Nigel House resident who had a stroke in 2018. He has spent months training to walk again and reached a milestone recently when he took 45 steps. If Ron can train that hard to learn to walk again, I figure I can also. So – in his honour and in support of all the residents at Nigel House – I am training to run the Victoria Goodlife Fitness Marathon. I am writing to ask for your support. Please make a donation to support my run – every penny you give will go to the Nigel House campaign which will build a new home for people like Ron who call Nigel House home.
