Fleet Feet Liberty Mile
The fastest road race in Pittsburgh!
Join us on Friday, August 9 for Pittsburgh’s only nighttime Downtown road race. Recognized by Runner’s World as “One of the Most Iconic American Races,” the Fleet Feet Liberty Mile challenges runners of all ages and abilities to run one mile as fast as they can. After they finish their race, participants can stick around and watch some of the fastest runners in the world compete in the Pro Women’s and Men’s heats.
RACE DETAILS
The Fleet Feet Liberty Mile course is a USA Track and Field record-standard certified course. The start line is located on Penn Avenue between Fifth Avenue and Sixth Street in the heart of the Cultural District and finishes on Liberty Avenue near Triangle Park.
All participants will receive the following perks:
- Finisher shirt
- Access to a closed, USATF-certified course
- Chip-time with online tracking with instant online results
- Post-race food
